Bedrooms:

– The villa features 5 bedrooms, with 2 situated on the ground floor and the remaining 3 on the first floor.

– All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners for your comfort.

– Extra mattresses can be provided upon request.

Living Room:

– The living room offers comfortable seating for 18 people on a sofa.

– A television is available in the living room for your entertainment.

– The living room has an 8 seater dining table.

– Guests can use the air conditioning in the living room at an additional charge (Rs 2000/- per day).

Bathrooms:

– The villa boasts 6 bathrooms in total, with 5 attached to individual bedrooms and 1 as a common washroom.

– Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels.

– Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. 

Kitchen & Meals:

– We have in-house meal plans (Compulsory). This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website.

– Heavy cooking is prohibited. 

– The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier. 

– Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use.

– Outside food is not allowed in the property.

Outdoor Area:

– The villa features a private pool (35*18), and it’s important to note that a nylon swimming costume is mandatory when using the pool.

– An outdoor lawn is also part of the villa’s surroundings.

– The property has a spacious garden on the terrace with a Gazebo and seating area.

 Additional Amenities:

– A massive garden on the terrace.

-Please note – Access to terrace is prohibited during monsoon season. Garden Set-up on terrace is also not available during monsoon.

– A 4000 sq ft lawn on the ground floor.

– Secured parking space for 4 cars is available on the premises.

– Games such as Carrom, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available.

– 2.1 woofer sound system.

– Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests upon request.

Other Important Information:

– Strictly no smoking inside the property.

– There is no air condition in the living room.

– The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals.

– To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house.

Damage Deposit:

– A refundable security deposit of INR 15,000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.

True Facts:

– Located in a gated community. 

– The guest needs to pay for availing this service since the living room is huge.

– Approach road is good.
– Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm.
